Shipping policy

Shipping Details:

All domestic orders are shipped express via Australia Post with tracking ($20 flat rate) and insurance (variable). This includes Signature on Delivery for your Order. This means your parcel cannot be left at your property via Auspost, and you must sign to accept, or it will be bought to your local post office for collection. 

At this time, we ship within Australia only. Please contact us for international orders at Email: admin@terrarangergold.com

We send all gold parcels with tracking and basic insurance, but we are not responsible for any damages or loss that occur in the mail.

Once your gold has been posted and you have received notification, Terra Ranger Gold Prospecting is no longer responsible for the item.

All gold nuggets purchased are sent via registered post. A tracking number will be supplied.
